I use exceptional ingredients for the best possible flavour and texture of cake. This includes organic milk and butter, free range eggs, fair trade sugars, organic Sicilian lemons, organic Madagascan Vanilla and organic, fair trade Belgian chocolate. And I have over 45 different cake flavours for you to choose from so you’re bound to find your favourites.

I create modern cake designs, specialising in buttercream and semi-naked finishes. I love working with colour and texture to create a stunning cake, and I’m great at tapping into your florist’s vibe so that I can replicate that when I use fresh flowers to decorate your cake.

My cakes are all tailor made entirely for you so no two cakes are ever alike, either in design or flavours. Oh, and I bake for all dietary requirements so even if you are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, eggless, all of the above or something else, I can make you a cake that will taste incredible.
